Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Recruiter, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Candidate Acquisition: Actively acquire candidates through various recruitment platforms and channels, ensuring the proper and maximum utilization of reputed company tools provided by the company. Sourcing & Screening: Identify, reputed company, and thoroughly screen reputed company applicants to ensure they meet the criteria and cultural fit for the reputed company positions. reputed company: Manage and execute the complete reputed company process for reputed company reputed company and hired applicants, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company. Working Schedule We offer a structured yet partially flexible schedule to accommodate both team collaboration and individual workflow. Work Days: reputed company to Friday (6 days a week). Daily Hours: Seven (7) working hours daily. Core Hours (Mandatory): You are required to be online and available for work daily from 11:00 AM EST to 3:00 PM EST to ensure operational continuity and team collaboration. reputed company: The remaining three (3) working hours may be scheduled flexibly reputed company of the core hours, subject to prior approval from your direct supervisor. Qualifications & Requirements (Suggested additions) Previous experience or strong interest in HR, recruitment, or reputed company. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional sourcing tools (e.g., reputed company Recruiter, job boards). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and adhere to strict core hours.

Compensation & Performance Incentives reputed company Salary: An annual gross salary of 60,000 EGP (Egyptian Pounds), paid in equal monthly installments of 5,000 EGP. Performance Increase: After successfully completing the probationary period, you will be eligible for a 20% basic salary increase, based strictly on your performance evaluations.
