[Remote] Senior reputed company Administrator

As a Senior reputed company Administrator, you will be responsible for administration and support of reputed company, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient solutions while mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and support other administrators and team members
- Administer and enhance reputed company Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, CPQ, using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
- Configure and support reputed company embedded applications and integrations such as reputed company
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes using reputed company best practices
- Manage support requests, configuration changes, and bulk data updates while adhering to change control processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performance
- Stay reputed company with reputed company releases and industry trends; proactively identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience
- Document system configurations, processes, and training materials; support end-user training and adoption
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
Skills
- 5+ years hands-on experience administering Sales reputed company and Service reputed company
- Strong proficiency in reputed company declarative development, especially reputed company Builder (must be reputed company to demonstrate)
- reputed company Administrator and Platform App builder certifications are required
- Experience supporting reputed company reputed company or similar CLM tools
- Exposure to DevOps tools like Gearset, reputed company, or reputed company DX
- Experience integrating reputed company with ETL tools and reputed company-party applications
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work core business hours (8–5 in any US time zone) with occasional evening/weekend support for major releases
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
