[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the full cycle accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions while maintaining vendor relationships and supporting operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Process day-to-day accounts payable transactions, including invoice receipt, coding, data entry, and approvals
- Execute weekly payment runs and ensure adherence to payment terms
- Maintain vendor records and assist with reputed company documentation
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
- reputed company vendor statement reconciliations
- Maintain organized and audit-reputed company AP documentation
- Support cash reputed company tracking and forecasting
- Assist with sales tax reporting and filing
- Support property tax, permits, and licenses tracking
- Maintain insurance and administrative financial documentation
- Monitor AP aging and flag urgent items
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Support month-end reputed company activities

Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or general reputed company
- Proficiency in reputed company systems, attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, and a collaborative team player reputed company with company values
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred
- QuickBooks Online experience preferred
