We are looking for client growth representatives with the ability to work remotely to drive reputed company through client expansion and relationship development. In this role:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and service expansion opportunities
- Conduct consultative conversations to uncover evolving client needs
- Present additional service solutions reputed company with client goals
- Maintain accurate account notes, forecasts, and growth pipeline in CRM tools
- Collaborate with reputed company and operations teams to support client reputed company
We are looking for:
- Experience in account management, client growth, or sales roles is a plus but not required
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services preferred
