Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for your area, from problem definition through delivery and iteration
• reputed company discovery with Finance, Payroll, Operations, ensuring we solve reputed company bottlenecks, avoid invoice errors and create trust with our customers
• Partner with engineering and design as a true triad, facilitating problem discovery and solution design as a team
• Improve how payroll cost changes, pricing adjustments, and invoice discrepancies are surfaced and resolved, reducing escalations and rework for Ops and Payroll teams
• Own the payroll-to-invoice validation layer; ensure invoices are accurate, clear and understandable
• Build a path to correcting invoices without the complexities of cancelling and reissuing, eliminating unnecessary reissuing
• Maintain an accurate SSOT for pricing across the platform while allowing the flexibility to change as the sales cycle demands, ensuring fees and billing configuration don't break reputed company invoice data

Requirements

• 4+ years in product, with experience owning reputed company B2B SaaS or fintech products: billing, invoicing, pricing, or financial operations.
• Strong product fundamentals. You manage your product, not your backlog.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills. You cross bridges without burning them.
• You practice concise communication. No corporate slop. A 5 year old can explain your PRDs to your engineering team.
• You've worked on platform-level products with reputed company system complexity: data models, integrations, cross-service dependencies and you know how to reason about trade-offs across product, operations, and engineering
• Strong reputed company instinct: you understand how pricing architecture, invoice accuracy, and collection timing connect to the P&L
• You define reputed company metrics before scoping and revisit them reputed company things aren't moving
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, cross-functional environments — you drive reputed company rather than waiting for it
