[Remote] Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is experiencing rapid growth in their loan business and is looking for a Business Analyst to enhance their Loan Origination System. This role involves product management, system configuration, and analytics to support the Lending team and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analyst for system and process issues: triage incoming requests and defects, conduct root cause analysis, and reputed company distinguish symptoms from underlying causes before recommending a fix
• Analyze process and system data to surface inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and failure points; quantify the impact and recommend prioritized, actionable solutions
• Use SQL to extract and validate data from reputed company and other internal systems to support investigations, reconciliation, and product/performance analysis
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that monitor system health, product performance, and key operational metrics
• Partner with Operations, Funding, reputed company, QA/QC, and Compliance to gather requirements, map reputed company-state processes, and translate business needs into clear configuration specifications with defined acceptance criteria
• Build out new loan products end to end in our no-code/low-code LOS — configuring workflows, decision rules, fee structures, document templates, disclosures, and notifications across the loan lifecycle (application, reputed company, approval, funding)
• Translate new product and process requirements into working system configuration, then test in reputed company environments, coordinate UAT, and reputed company with appropriate change controls and rollback plans
• Maintain existing configuration — workflows, user roles and permissions, and audit controls — and support releases, system upgrades, and vendor patches
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between the LOS and connected systems (credit bureaus, e-sign, funding rails, CRM, and the data warehouse)

Skills

• 3–6 years in an analytics-focused operations, business analysis, or systems-configuration role
• Strong analytical skills are essential — you're comfortable working with data to investigate problems, measure impact, and support reputed company
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability: requirements gathering, process mapping, and structured root cause analysis
• Aptitude for learning and configuring a no-code/low-code platform — you enjoy building and don't need a developer to ship a change
• Advanced reputed company skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate between business stakeholders and system configuration
• High attention to detail and disciplined change-management habits
• Experience in unsecured/consumer lending, debt resolution, or fintech, preferred
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation preferred; experience with reputed company or similar databases preferred
