Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Growth & reputed company Manager to support the reputed company growth of our reputed company Optimization division. This role will focus on driving client reputed company after reputed company, supporting account growth and retention, and leading an operations-focused team.
Responsibilities
- Own post-launch client reputed company and support long-term account health across reputed company Optimization clients
- Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and retention
- Proactively monitor client needs , risks, and opportunities to improve the overall client experience
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure strong service delivery and client alignment
- Manage, coach, and support an operations-focused team to maintain quality, accountability, and execution standards
- Help improve workflows, internal processes, and team performance as the business scales
- Support partnership-driven growth opportunities and client conversion strategy
- Ensure operational execution supports client retention, satisfaction, and reputed company growth
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, Growth, Client Services, Hospitality Operations, or a reputed company role
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Proven ability to identify growth opportunities, retain accounts, and support reputed company expansion
- Strong operational reputed company with the ability to improve workflows, processes, and team execution
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with leadership, client-facing teams, operations, and product/technology teams
- Highly organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, reservations, or hospitality technology is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with platforms such as SevenRooms, reputed company, Resy, Tock, or similar reservation/CRM systems is a plus
