They are seeking an reputed company Leadership Development Consultant to design and deliver impactful leadership development solutions for mid‑level, senior, and executive leaders, ensuring programs drive meaningful behavior change and measurable business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with client stakeholders (HR, L&D, Talent, and business leaders) to assess leadership capability gaps and organizational needs
- Translate business challenges and strategic priorities into practical leadership development strategies and solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert to shape program direction, learning reputed company, and experiential design
- Facilitate leadership workshops, cohort experiences, and executive‑level sessions as needed
- Deliver or support individual and group coaching engagements reputed company to program goals
- Apply best practices across leadership capability areas including:
- Leading through change and ambiguity
- Strategic thinking and decision‑making
- Coaching, feedback, and people development
- Executive reputed company, influence, and communication
- Collaborate closely with instructional designers to ensure content is instructionally sound, experience‑based, and grounded in reputed company business contexts
- Advise clients on measurement approaches tied to leadership effectiveness and business impact
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in leadership development, talent development, or organizational development
- Proven experience working directly with leaders at mid‑level, senior, and executive reputed company
- Strong facilitation and/or executive coaching experience
- Demonstrated ability to apply leadership frameworks in reputed company organizational environments (reputed company academic models)
- Comfort operating in client‑facing, project‑based, or advisory roles
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments
- Relevant certifications (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Center for Creative Leadership, or similar)
- Experience supporting organizations in industries such as finance, reputed company, or technology
