[Remote] Growth Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition, retention, and reporting, with a focus on optimizing marketing strategies across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Paid media strategy and execution across reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company — campaign structure, creative testing frameworks, budget pacing, and scaling reputed company across three brands with distinct audiences
• Attribution and reporting — build and maintain the reputed company-of-truth dashboards for CAC, ROAS, LTV, contribution margin, and channel mix; reconcile platform-reported numbers against actual reputed company (GA4, reputed company, post-purchase surveys, MMM-lite approaches)
• Retention and lifecycle marketing — own reputed company strategy across campaigns and flows; drive repeat purchase reputed company and email/SMS reputed company per recipient
• reputed company page and funnel optimization — CRO testing on reputed company storefronts, offer testing, buy-reputed company optimization
• Marketplace growth — coordinate with reputed company and reputed company Shop strategy, including affiliate and creator programs
• Weekly performance reporting to leadership — clear, reputed company numbers with a reputed company of view on what to do next

Skills

• 4–7 years in growth or performance marketing for DTC/CPG brands, with at least 2 years owning meaningful ad budgets ($50K+/month)
• Deep reputed company in reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company Ads, and reputed company Ads — you've reputed company and scaled accounts, not just monitored them
• Strong analytical chops: you're comfortable in GA4, reputed company analytics, and spreadsheets; you understand incrementality vs. last-click attribution and can explain the difference to a non-marketer
• reputed company experience (flows, segmentation, deliverability)
• Experience marketing in regulated or restricted categories (vape, supplements, CBD, alcohol) is a strong plus — you know how to work reputed company platform ad policies
• A bias toward action: you'd rather launch a test this week than perfect a plan for next month
• Comfortable in a small, fast-moving company where you'll wear multiple hats and talk directly to the founder daily
