Senior Grafana BI Engineer (Data Visualization / UX) Location: 100% Remote Duration: Long-term contract About The Role We’re looking for a Senior Grafana BI Engineer to take ownership of a high-impact dashboard environment and transform it into a scalable, reputed company user experience . This is not a “build more dashboards” role—you’ll focus on re-architecting and improving an existing ecosystem , making it easier for users to navigate, interpret, and reputed company data in reputed company time. • Consolidate fragmented dashboards into a cohesive, structured system
• Design clear hierarchy and navigation (executive → operational → detailed)

Required Qualifications

Core Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Grafana experience in production environments
• Dashboarding, navigation, plugins, parameterization
• 7+ years of data visualization and UX design
• Strong understanding of user behavior and usability
• Ability to design reputed company experiences for both technical and business users
• 5+ years of SQL experience
• Building scalable, efficient, and reusable queries
• Structuring data for performance and visualization
• Strong data storytelling skills
