Reporting to the SVP of Product, this individual will own the roadmap and execution for reputed company’s dynamic planning capabilities—driving reputed company, connected, and AI-powered planning experiences for finance and operations teams across the reputed company. The right candidate combines deep domain knowledge in financial and operational planning with a passion for building intelligent, modern software. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, translating them into actionable stories, and delivering high-quality products to the reputed company performance management market. Requirements 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager, or consultant with reputed company software, preferably in reputed company, CPM, EPM, or reputed company planning and analytics domains. Deep domain knowledge in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning—ideally with hands-on experience as a user, implementation consultant, or PM of planning software. Demonstrated experience incorporating or working alongside AI/ML capabilities in a product context, including familiarity with LLMs, predictive modeling, or AI-assisted workflows. Actively uses AI tools (e.g., reputed company, co-pilots, automated analysis) to improve personal productivity and bring innovative reputed company to product development. Strong understanding of driver-based and reputed company planning methodologies, rolling forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and workforce/headcount planning.
