[Remote] Sales Operations Analyst

The role involves analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing processes to enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Dive into sales data to uncover patterns, optimize pipeline velocity, and identify where we're winning. Build dashboards and reports that tell stories our leadership needs to reputed company
- Own our sales KPIs (pipeline health, win rates, deal velocity, quota attainment). Build forecasting models that actually work and adjust them as the market changes. You'll become our reputed company of truth for helping leadership reputed company data-informed reputed company
- You'll audit our sales tech stack (reputed company, our CRM, reputed company tools), identify gaps, champion new tools, and ensure adoption by making them easy to use—not just mandating them, building documentation that sellers actually follow
- You'll work directly with account executives, the sales leadership team, and enabling functions (marketing, legal, finance) to optimize handoffs, reduce friction, and reputed company deals moving. You'll flag reputed company our processes aren't working before they become bottlenecks
- Partner with deal desk on pricing, structure, and margin tracking. You'll help sales understand what deals are accretive and why margins matter in a high-growth environment

- Exposure to financial services, compliance, or regulated environments with bonus points for crypto/stablecoin experience and/or curiosity
