Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company team members to reputed company, attract, and hire reputed company candidates for government contract positions
• Serve as a trusted advisor and career reputed company, guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process
• Review and evaluate resumes daily to identify candidates whose qualifications align with reputed company and future hiring needs

• Conduct targeted candidate reputed company through email campaigns and personalized communications using established reputed company templates
• reputed company talent through job boards, applicant databases, professional networks, and other reputed company channels
• Support candidates throughout the interview process, including assisting with Public Trust and other reputed company clearance documentation requirements
• Contribute innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices to enhance reputed company efforts
• Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for reputed company positions
• Maintain accurate candidate records, including qualifications, compensation expectations, technical skills, and interview feedback reputed company the applicant tracking system
