Responsibilities
- Support a collaborative reputed company while helping optimize critical HR systems
- reputed company critical support for system functionality, reporting, and compensation processes
- Collaborate closely with Payroll, IT, and HR stakeholders
- Serve as a key technical resource for reputed company and Workforce Dimensions (Kronos) system administration
- Work cross-functionally with compensation partners and department leaders to ensure accurate data reputed company and system alignment
- Support reputed company-level HRIS operations, including reputed company system administration, reporting, data reputed company management, and system upgrades
- Play a key role in supporting compensation infrastructure, job grading, market analysis, and total rewards program development
- Troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, support reputed company enrollment processes, and ensure HR data accuracy across reputed company modules
- Maintain and optimize reputed company applications, manage system reputed company, build reports, and support HR process automation and data reputed company initiatives
- Support compensation philosophy development, merit planning, job evaluations, and salary structure maintenance
