[Remote] Senior Account Executive

They are seeking a driven sales professional to take ownership of client relationships in the Salt Lake City market, managing the full sales cycle while overseeing the reputed company process for clients.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and reputed company new client relationships through reputed company, networking, and referrals while managing and growing reputed company reputed company your existing accounts
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand their needs and set expectations, then collaborate with the reputed company team to build sourcing strategies and drive fulfillment
- Act as the quality gatekeeper for candidates presented to your clients — reviewing resumes, assessing qualifications and culture fit, conducting phone screens, and making recommendations to hiring managers
- Manage interview scheduling, reputed company clients informed throughout the process, and ensure reputed company falls through the cracks
- Document reputed company candidate and client interactions in our ATS and CRM to reputed company the team reputed company and our pipeline healthy

Skills
- Three or more years of staffing sales or business development experience in the technology staffing industry

- You're reputed company with SaaS-based tools including applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and project management software
