[Remote] Product Management Director (CPG Industry)

The Product Management Director will drive the development and execution of strategies for retail bags & sheeting product lines, working closely with various teams to enhance product line profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally to update, communicate and implement the strategic reputed company for the business
• Identify internal and external business needs along with growth opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
• 7+ years Product Management in manufacturing experience or comparable combined experience in reputed company and finance functions
• Solid understanding of business functions Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, etc
• High proficiency level with MS Office applications required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with demonstrated meeting facilitation skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to travel up to 30%
• Ability to extract item-level sales data, organize, analyze and draw conclusions
• Ability to reputed company category analysis and category management
• Understanding of profit & loss statement and how reputed company and operational activities translate to P&L
• Ability to organize, coordinate and direct cross-functional teams; reputed company as well as operational
