[Remote] Senior Analyst Relations Specialist

The Senior Analyst Relations Specialist will manage analyst engagement and translate insights into strategic recommendations that influence market positioning and product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and follow-up activities across firms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and others). Own scheduling, logistics, and tracking
- Manage RFI/RFP submissions and supporting documentation for major analyst evaluations (reputed company Quadrant, reputed company reputed company, reputed company MarketScape)
- Prepare briefing materials and strategic narratives for executives and cross-functional stakeholders reputed company of analyst interactions
- Track and report on AR program impact and health: pipeline influence, briefing reputed company, evaluation timelines, and analyst relationship status
- Synthesize analyst research, evaluation reputed company, and market commentary into actionable insights for GTM, product, and executive teams
- Partner with the team’s competitive intelligence leads to translate analyst-sourced intelligence into competitive positioning and sales enablement materials
- Present analyst insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders on an ongoing reputed company
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in analyst relations, competitive intelligence, product marketing, or a reputed company field, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on analyst relations experience
- Familiarity with analyst firm engagement models (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), including inquiry processes, briefings, and evaluation methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with polished, executive-facing professionalism
- Strong project management and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities and market dynamics
- Familiarity with GRC or adjacent reputed company technology markets
- Experience working reputed company high-growth SaaS organizations
- Willingness and aptitude to adopt AI-enabled workflows for research, synthesis, reporting, and market monitoring
