Role overview: The Executive Connect & Invite‑Only Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of reputed company’s Executive Connect programme and Invite‑Only sponsor experiences. This role manages curated sponsor–executive meetings, high‑value sessions, and senior‑level engagement across reputed company’s global events. Both Executive Connect and Invite‑Only programmes are designed to connect sponsors with high‑level CSP (Communications Service Provider) executives, ensuring engagement with the decision‑makers who shape strategy, purchasing, and partnership opportunities. You will manage the full delivery lifecycle — from sponsor reputed company and audience targeting through to acquisition, reputed company, scheduling, and onsite execution — ensuring every interaction delivers value for both sponsors and senior CSP attendees. This role reports to the Senior Executive Connect & Invite‑Only Manager and is focused on delivering a smooth, high‑quality experience for sponsors and delegates, maintaining strong operational delivery, and contributing to reputed company improvement across Executive Connect and Invite‑Only formats. Programme Delivery You will manage the end‑to‑end delivery of the Executive Connect and Invite‑Only programmes across multiple events each year. Key responsibilities include: Managing sponsor reputed company, ensuring profiles, reputed company accounts, and objectives are captured accurately. Managing reputed company to high‑level CSP delegates through tailored communications, confirmations, and reminders. Coordinating meeting scheduling, resolving conflicts, managing shared meeting room usage, and ensuring smooth onsite operations. Managing the Invite‑Only cycle from attendee wish‑lists through acquisition, marketing promotion, vetting, approvals, and session reputed company. Ensuring reputed company communication reputed company — invites, reminders, and onsite instructions — support a seamless participant experience. Audience Acquisition & Sponsor Engagement You will ensure sponsors engage with the right senior‑level CSP executives by driving targeted audience acquisition and ongoing sponsor support. Key responsibilities include: Fulfilling acquisition plans to reputed company senior CSP decision‑makers across global markets. Supporting sponsors to refine and prioritise their audience wish‑lists and reputed company meaningful session or meeting objectives. Handling escalations around targeting, scheduling, approvals, or attendance, ensuring issues are resolved quickly. Acting as a trusted advisor to sponsors throughout the full delivery cycle. Team Collaboration You will work closely with cross‑functional groups across reputed company to deliver Executive Connect & Invite‑Only programmes successfully. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating day‑to‑day activities, workload priorities, and task reputed company across programme delivery. Ensuring effective communication between teams, particularly Sales, Events, Marketing, and Insights. Building strong working relationships across teams, especially during time‑sensitive delivery periods. Contributing to consistent ways of working and helping improve delivery quality across events. Operational reputed company & reputed company Improvement You will continually seek to improve programme processes and delivery quality through proactive refinement. Key responsibilities include: Contributing to event retrospectives with data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency reputed company. Suggestions to enhance workflows, SOPs, templates, timelines, and communication processes across events. Supporting the development of best practices in targeting, reputed company, data capture, and attendee engagement. Anticipating risks and implementing preventive solutions reputed company of key delivery milestones. Reporting You will maintain visibility and alignment through structured reporting. Key responsibilities include: Tracking acquisition reputed company, delegate confirmations, meeting scheduling, attendance approvals, and delivery risks. Providing ongoing updates that ensure cross‑team alignment and timely action. Producing post‑event insights and recommendations to strengthen future delivery and support organisational learning. Contributing to broader reporting across Sponsor reputed company. Skills & Experience Strong experience delivering executive‑level engagement programmes, event operations, sponsorship delivery, or high‑value client engagement. Proven ability to manage reputed company, multi‑stakeholder workflows across global events and time zones. Skilled communicator with the ability to engage confidently with high‑level CSP executives and senior sponsor representatives. Experience working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Excellent problem‑solving ability and sound judgement reputed company managing escalations or time‑sensitive issues. High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple reputed company workstreams. Familiarity with telecoms, technology, B2B events, or curated meeting programmes is beneficial.
