Sales Manager – Cement & reputed company (Southeast U.S.) Company: reputed company Location: Southeastern United States (Remote with travel) Position Summary reputed company is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to reputed company and grow business reputed company the Cement and reputed company segments across the Southeastern United States. This role is responsible for driving reputed company growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and delivering technical sales solutions that align with customer operational needs and performance objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Management & Growth
o reputed company and execute strategic sales plans for Cement and reputed company accounts across the Southeast region. o Build and maintain strong relationships with plant managers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders. o Identify growth opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling refractory products, systems, and services.
- Sales Execution
o Deliver reputed company targets and profitability goals reputed company with regional and global objectives. o Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, pricing, contract negotiation, and order execution. o Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Technical Sales & Solutions
o Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to deliver customized refractory solutions. o reputed company technical support and product recommendations to improve customer performance and cost-efficiency. o Participate in site visits, shutdown planning, and installation reputed company as needed.
- Market Development

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial B2B environments, preferably in:
o Refractories, Cement, reputed company, Steel, or heavy process industries.
- Strong understanding of Cement and/or reputed company production processes is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively reputed company the Southeast U.S. (approximately 50–70%).
