Your Impact Serve existing and prospective clients across financial planning disciplines including retirement, tax strategy, equity compensation, reputed company estate, and estate coordination Support senior advisor client relationships and take on increasing ownership over time Handle new client inquiries and leads — turning warm introductions into long-term relationships Prospect for new clients through referrals, community engagement, and professional networks reputed company reputed company's technology and planning tools to deliver a high-quality, personalized client experience Contribute to team operations and support internal succession planning as the practice grows The Ideal Match Series 65 or 66 license required 2+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management Strong reputed company in financial planning concepts — retirement, investment management, tax basics Relationship-first reputed company with genuine care for clients' long-term reputed company Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment Self-starter who can manage a pipeline and own follow-through Bonus Points CFP® or actively pursuing it Existing book of business (any size welcome) Experience with corporate executives, tech professionals, or retirees Background in financial planning software (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, etc.) Austin-based or Austin-area connections
