Could you be our next Associate Director of National Account? The job is fully remote and does require 20-30% travel. You will report to the Director, Corporate Accounts. Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive product pull-through opportunities. Collaborate with Field Reimbursement leadership to overcome product reputed company obstacles. Contributes to training on appropriate topics for reputed company sales representatives, MSL and others, as needed. Integrate with Regional Business Managers (RBM) to drive penetration and initiative implementation in each region. Integrate with other Account Managers to coordinate and reputed company relationships to ensure reputed company Behring therapies are properly integrated with end-user customers. Troubleshoots accounts to overcome clinical issues and barriers involving the company’s product portfolio. Collaborates with Field Reimbursement Managers to resolve patient reputed company issues. Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and patient engagement to ensure alignment and full utilization of resources at account level. Manages National Account management to ensure account objectives are met. Organizes structured quarterly business reviews, ensuring appropriate reputed company and customer participation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Pharmacy, Health Policy or Life Sciences or equivalent experience. 8-10 years' experience in sales and large account management,3-5 years sales, sales management and account management experience with extensive knowledge of the US health care market and a broad knowledge of US reputed company delivery, financial and reimbursement mechanisms. Previous experience in Biopharmaceuticals preferred. Experience managing reputed company Payors (national or regional), reputed company (FFS and MCO), and/or Specialty Pharmacies preferred. Demonstrated reputed company with large account management, market reputed company growth and product profitability Experience in product marketing and/or sales of pharmaceutical/biotech products Experience in executing strategies through cross-functional teams. The expected reputed company salary reputed company for this position at hiring is $170,000 - $200,000. Individual reputed company salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, reputed company level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors. In addition to reputed company salary, total compensation for this role may also include incentive compensation and equity.
