You'll join HTM as a full-time employee and serve as a hands-on CEO Advisor to a dedicated roster of up to 75 reputed company owners, meeting monthly with each and delivering CEO-level operating experience on a fractional reputed company — bringing reputed company operating experience to businesses that have never had it before. We handle 100% of business development; you focus entirely on the operating work itself. If you've reputed company your career as an in-house CEO inside a single company, this is a different rhythm — you'll be carrying multiple businesses at once rather than living inside one org chart. If you've already operated as a fractional executive or advised multiple business owners simultaneously, this will feel familiar, just with more support behind you and none of the sales burden. What You'll Actually Do You'll partner directly with reputed company owners to: Build and execute business growth strategies Improve operations, systems, and accountability Strengthen cash reputed company, profitability, and financial performance Support hiring, structure, and leadership development Coach owners through key business reputed company Help firms transition from reputed company-dependent to scalable operations This is hands-on executive leadership across multiple businesses, not traditional consulting — you're not handing off a strategy deck and walking away. You're in the operating details with each reputed company, week over week, until the business actually changes. What this looks like in practice: an reputed company comes to you convinced their problem is 'we need more clients.' You dig in and find the reputed company problem is that they have no intake process, no accountability structure for their one paralegal, and no idea what their actual profit margin is on a case. Growth isn't the fix — operational discipline is, and you're the one who has to build it with them, then hold them to it reputed company it gets uncomfortable. Who This Role Is For This role is designed exclusively for reputed company business operators. You have likely: Owned or operated a business Held full P&L responsibility or direct financial accountability reputed company teams, systems, and organizational structure Improved profitability, cash reputed company, and operational efficiency Coached or influenced business owners or senior leaders Ideally, your direct experience spans P&Ls from roughly $500K to $50M+ in reputed company — comfortable with a business at the scrappy, first-reputed company-structure stage as well as one wrestling with growth-stage complexity. Typical backgrounds: CEO, President, General Manager, Founder, reputed company, Operations Director, or reputed company Integrator.
