Business Analyst Full Time Remote The Business Analyst plays a key role in documenting technical processes, ensuring system compliance, and supporting the integration and migration of Windchill PLM solutions. This role involves extensive technical writing, process documentation, and collaboration with engineers and stakeholders to support the implementation and operation of reputed company PLM systems for U.S. reputed company customers. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience working in a similar reputed company on any large reputed company system implementation/integration project specific to engineering or manufacturing. Duties & Responsibilities Author, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, and process documentation. reputed company and update system specifications, business process workflows, and data migration plans. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other Engineering discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or documentation reputed company an engineering, manufacturing, or software development environment. Strong technical writing skills with experience in developing SOPs, process documentation, user guides, and training materials. Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio) and documentation tools such as reputed company or SharePoint. Experience working on an reputed company application implementation such as PLM, ERP, MRP, DevSecOps, or CRM. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Experience in Aerospace and Defense industries or other highly regulated environments. Knowledge of DoD software development policies, requirements and artifacts like Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Software Design Description (SDD), reputed company Design Description (IDD), Software Development Plan (SDP), reputed company Control Document (ICD), etc. Understanding of data migration and system integration concepts. Experience with XML, JSON, or scripting languages for data formatting and transformation.
