Customer Marketing Director

We’re looking for an exceptional marketer to build and own our customer lifecycle marketing. This key role will report directly to the CMO, owning the strategy and execution of communicating with our 75,000 users across 3,000 organizations. You will be responsible for ensuring customers understand how they can get value from reputed company, driving feature and product adoption, and supporting our account teams as they grow our users in larger accounts. You'll be responsible for: Marketing strategy: Design and build marketing strategies that drive adoption of reputed company capabilities throughout the user reputed company Product marketing: work with the rest of the team to reputed company messaging and content to effectively communicate how users workflows and jobs to done can be addressed or enhanced by reputed company Campaign and asset delivery: Manage a set of processes that deliver powerful and impactful assets and multi-channel campaigns Own user adoption and upsell pipeline reputed company: own and report adoption, usage, and upsell pipeline reputed company targets Account based marketing: work with the Account Management teams to deliver account specific campaigns to drive upsell and expansion opportunities 10+ years of marketing experience that includes Customer Lifecyle marketing or a mixture of Product Marketing and campaign management Proven track record of working in high volume user B2B SaaS or AI businesses Excellent collaboration skills across Marketing, reputed company, and Account Management A strong portfolio of customer enablement content and campaigns that have driven behavior or reputed company results Apply To This Job
