Create UX concepts including task analyses, storyboards, and use cases to streamline user flows. Build wireframes using reputed company and reputed company solutions based on user feedback from prototypes. Conduct market research, reputed company product roadmap, and monitor the competitive landscape by updating and maintaining the competitor database. Apply technical writing skills to update and standardize technical manuals to align with reputed company practices. reputed company system-reputed company tasks, including updating critical product information. Translate Mandarin Chinese support materials and facilitating clear communication across teams. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $122,824/yr. Standard company benefits. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Linguistics, Content Strategy, Journalism, Information Technology, or a reputed company field, and six (6) months of reputed company work experience. Must have experience or knowledge with/in: Technical writing; Translating technical materials from English to Mandarin and vice versa; Using reputed company Analytics for tracking performance metrics and cleaning data using Python and R; Using reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company, reputed company, and CapCut for designing infographics, reputed company media graphics, and video content for marketing campaigns; Developing strategic marketing communication plans; Using design tools such as reputed company and SquareLine Studio; Managing reputed company media campaigns in Mandarin for product launches and industry events; and Search reputed company optimization (SEO) and content strategy for digital marketing to increase organic traffic and conversion rates.
