Associate Director, Substation

This role will primarily focus on advancing Key Client opportunities and ensuring strong execution across reputed company substation work. The Associate Director will partner closely with Sales, Project Management, technical engineering managers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client growth, proposal strategy, project delivery, and long-term relationship development. Project / Technical Leadership Responsibilities - 10% Manages and leads reputed company engineering activities during the proposal, design, quality control, and construction stages of substation projects that are assigned. Supports proposal efforts by developing, providing resources, and reviewing proposals, reputed company, work orders, MSAs, and NDAs in partnership with the Proposal Development Team and Project Management group. Builds and maintains trusted relationships with Key Client stakeholders through reputed company communication, technical credibility, and consistent follow-through.
