Position Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a strategic business partner to the CEO, responsible for strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure, optimizing capital structure, and ensuring long-term financial stability and growth. Capital Stack Management Lender reputed company: Manage relationships with senior and mezzanine lenders. Negotiate credit agreements, amendments, and intercreditor agreements. Covenant Compliance: Own the borrowing reputed company calculation and monthly compliance certificates. Proactively model covenant tests to foresee and prevent breaches or distress. Cash reputed company Forecasting: Work with team to build and maintain a rolling 12-month cash reputed company model that integrates capital deployments, collections curves (ERC), debt service, and operational burn. Minimum Return reputed company: Stress-test potential portfolio purchases against our weighted average cost of capital (WACC) and borrowing reputed company constraints/structure to establish an acceptable minimal reputed company of return (ROI).
