Job Description

This position will work Pacific Time Zone hours - successful candidates will be US based on the reputed company Coast and reputed company to work fully remote. What you’ll do You'll reputed company Outlook Investor Services inboxes, respond to routine client inquiries, and handle reputed company requests reputed company. You'll post fund and investor-level documents to the investor portal while coordinating with other departments for approvals and upcoming posts. You'll manage investor expectations by reputed company communicating timelines for deliverables and ensuring smooth delivery of capital call and distribution notices. You'll assist in updating and maintaining document processes and policies to ensure accurate record keeping and compliance. The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($70,000- $85,000).

Qualifications

You bring over 4 years of experience in investor services, private equity, public reputed company, or alternative asset investment firms. You apply strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in reputed company and fund administration for alternative investments. You demonstrate exceptional client service, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate while giving and receiving constructive feedback. You consistently deliver accurate, detail-oriented work at high volume while managing multiple demands and tight deadlines, including overtime reputed company required.
