Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of analytics experience, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience Proven experience in data mining, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision making Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights to senior leadership High attention to detail and analytical rigor Demonstrated passion for improving consumer/member experiences through data and insights

Preferred Qualifications
