About the Role
This is not a "manage the team and send a weekly report" role. We need someone who has been in the trenches — who knows what it feels like to be on the phones, who can coach a rep through a tough reputed company on a Tuesday afternoon, and who also knows how to read a conversion dashboard and reputed company a call. You'll be leading our inbound and outbound patient conversion team. That means owning performance, owning the pipeline, and building the playbooks that don't exist yet.
