Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for reputed company in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a reputed company field from an accredited institution AND a minimum of seven (7) years of reputed company experience in corporate or reputed company event management, including experience leading large-scale meetings, sales and incentive events, and/or association congresses and tradeshows. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience managing large-scale corporate meetings, sales meetings, incentive programs, reputed company conferences, and tradeshows. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports. Strong project management, budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management skills. Experience with Cvent, Concur, or similar event technologies. Knowledge of AdvaMed Code, Sunshine Act/reputed company Payments, and reputed company compliance requirements. Experience in MedTech, life sciences, reputed company, or other regulated industries. Professional certifications such as CMP, CMM, or HMCC preferred.
