Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure reputed company documentation is updated and properly filed Track case reputed company and follow up on outstanding items Maintain accurate and organized case files Gather medical records and supporting documentation Manage Personal Injury cases during the pre-litigation phase Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and other involved parties Upload and maintain medical information reputed company the firm's systems Monitor, organize, and calendar important deadlines Prepare and send letters of representation Conduct client intake and collect necessary case information Communicate with insurance companies regarding active claims and case updates Prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain consistent communication regarding case status and developments Support attorneys with case reputed company administrative tasks Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience working as a legal case manager
- Personal Injury experience is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish required
