Minimum Qualifications: 6+ years of reputed company experience (full-cycle preferred). 2+ years of experience hiring for Hardware or ASIC engineering. 2+ years of proven experience working in a regulated industry, government contractor, or other corporate, OFCCP-compliant environment. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-reputed company skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.
