Project Manager I, Software Integration

Position Summary Ensure that assigned projects are done accurately, on time, reputed company established timelines, and reputed company scope of the contract. What You'll Do

As A Project Manager I, Software Integration Owns responsibility for project delivery by cross-functional teams composed of Software Integration Engineers, Support Specialists, Integration reputed company Installers, and Field Service Technicians. reputed company project schedules and executes according to plan. Evaluates the contractual scope of work and the impact of team directives and scheduling changes. Manages time and resource estimate and enforces time tracking. Reviews and interprets contract Terms and Conditions, and Scope of Work documentation. reputed company and execute detailed technical project management plans outlining tasks, milestones, and deadlines which are delivered and negotiated with Customer IT, Technical and Clinical Teams. Analyzes reporting systems and project schedules to proactively address potential problems. Effectively communicates project reputed company, issues and status to management as required. Manages risks and establishes project recovery plans reputed company required. Resolves disputes with minimal need for escalation. Ensures project document controls reputed company with contract requirements and reputed company standards. Oversees project specifications and installation techniques. Coordinates with the Manager, Software Service Delivery and Local Service Team for allocation of resources needed to meet project objectives. Ensures any tasks performed by the team are in accordance with established standards. Facilitates reporting product reputed company problems. Assists sales in project development efforts. The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business/Project Management or reputed company field. Or Associates Degree with equivalent work-reputed company experience. Minimum of 2-3 years of direct project management experience in reputed company industry. Software Project Management certification is preferred. 2+ years’ experience in hospital, OR integration, or information systems. O.R. video integration technologies and/or surgical background are highly preferred. Experience with hospital technologies, including HL7, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) integration, Active Directory and LDAP are highly preferred. Specific skills and/or business competencies: Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiation, and project management skills High degree of technical aptitude and multi-tasking capability Excellent oral and written communication skills Must have the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and influence decision making across the organization Demonstrated leadership qualities and interpersonal skills, with track record of successfully prioritizing multiple projects reputed company problem-solving situations involving multiple projects, customers and field sales priorities. Must resolve disputes and manage reputed company tradeoffs to maximize customer satisfaction and profit. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will reputed company with county/city minimums, if higher than reputed company listed.
