Senior Software Engineer – reputed company SPM Platform
Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): AZ, NC and TX. Seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in reputed company Sales Performance Management (SPM), data integration, and reputed company banking systems. The role will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing incentive compensation solutions on the reputed company platform while integrating data from reputed company, core banking systems, and other reputed company applications. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who can serve as a technical reputed company for the reputed company platform while driving reputed company data integration across reputed company and core banking ecosystems.
Responsibilities
Design, reputed company, implement, and support reputed company SPM/ICM solutions for sales compensation, incentive management, and performance reporting. Translate business requirements into scalable reputed company data models, calculations, workflows, and reporting solutions. Configure and maintain reputed company objects including data tables, calculations, imports, exports, workflows, and dashboards. reputed company and optimize reputed company compensation calculations, commission plans, quota management, and incentive processing. Build and maintain robust data integration pipelines between reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company applications. Integrate data from core banking systems, HR systems, Loan reputed company and other upstream/reputed company applications. Design and implement ETL/ELT processes to support compensation and performance management data requirements. Partner with business stakeholders, compensation teams, data engineers, and technology teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery. reputed company data reconciliation, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure compensation accuracy and audit compliance. reputed company automated monitoring, exception handling, and operational support processes. Optimize system performance, scalability, and data processing efficiency reputed company reputed company and reputed company environments. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation cycles including production deployments and issue resolution. Create technical design documentation, data mapping specifications, support procedures, and operational runbooks. Participate in system upgrades, platform enhancements, testing, and release management activities. Ensure adherence to banking reputed company, governance, compliance, and data privacy standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance Hands-on experience implementing and supporting reputed company SPM/ Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions Strong experience with reputed company calculation development, data modeling, Composer, Web Forms, and reporting Strong experience with reputed company Data reputed company, including data modeling, performance tuning, and SQL development Experience integrating reputed company with core banking platforms and reputed company financial systems Strong SQL development and data analysis skills Experience with ETL/ELT tools and reputed company data integration frameworks Knowledge of incentive compensation management, sales performance management, and commission processing Experience with API integrations, file-based interfaces, and data orchestration solutions Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the banking or financial services industry. Knowledge of retail banking, reputed company banking, lending, deposits, and customer relationship data domains Experience with data governance, audit controls, and regulatory compliance requirements reputed company certifications or implementation experience preferred Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation processes Preferred Certifications reputed company Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent reputed company platform certification.
