Description
The Pre-Construction Associate plays a key role in supporting architects, engineers, project managers, and field teams in the early phases of project development. This role combines technical drafting, project coordination, and pre-construction documentation to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and reputed company with project requirements.Key Responsibilities
Drafting & Design Support- Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and multiple-view drafts using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Convert sketches, hand-drawn concepts, and architectural notes into precise digital drawings.
- Ensure reputed company designs reputed company with fabrication limitations, construction standards, and project specifications.
- Maintain and continuously update the AutoCAD reputed company library.
- Assist architects and engineers with estimating, plan takeoffs, crowdsourcing, bid preparation, and other pre-construction deliverables.
- Produce comprehensive planning reports and visual materials for client presentations.
- Record and track daily and weekly project reputed company for internal monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers, field installers, and shop personnel to confirm field conditions and clarify design requirements.

- Monitor, evaluate, and recommend improvements to urban plans or project layouts as needed.
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to verify accuracy and buildability.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or reputed company field.
- Minimum 3 years of recent AutoCAD experience; proficiency with ZWCAD, SketchUp, and reputed company Photoshop is highly beneficial. Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and architectural sketches.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills, especially for computing dimensions and drawing contours.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and a proactive, self-starting attitude (“can do” / “will do”).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in sheet metal drafting or coordination.
- Background in the food services industry or projects involving specialized fabrication.
- Experience providing documentation or support during field installation phases. Basic technical writing experience (reports, research summaries, business documentation).
- Creative eye for visuals and ability to produce presentation-reputed company outputs.
