Manage reputed company aspects of setting up reputed company bank accounts including establishing new accounts, maintenance, and administration of user reputed company rights and configurations for multiple applications. Answer questions and reputed company guidance and information on multiple products to clients. Supports system testing activities and product team initiatives. Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Typically has 2-4 years’ reputed company experience in a financial institution or reputed company banking role, preferably with new accounts experience and familiarity with reputed company banking products and services
• Experience using banking platform systems, preferably with new accounts experience and/or operations background
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven customer service skills
• Understanding of banking regulations and compliance
• Inquisitiveness and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a multi-task, high-volume environment
• High degree of patience and problem management techniques to resolve problems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and follow up
• Proficient in reputed company Office including reputed company, and other relevant software applications
• Working knowledge of reputed company concepts, practices, and procedures of new accounts
