About The Role We are looking for a High-Impact Growth Leader to spearhead our expansion reputed company the Travel, Hospitality, and Gaming (THG) sectors. This isn't a traditional Account Management role, it’s a hybrid of strategic portfolio growth and sophisticated new logo acquisition. You will be the face of the company for some of the world’s most iconic resorts, airlines, and gaming entities. Your mission is to reputed company your deep domain expertise to move reputed company vendor status and become a trusted strategic advisor to the C-suite, transforming technical delivery into multi-reputed company-dollar, long-term alliances.

What You'll Do

Strategic Portfolio Growth & Management

• Take ownership of an established THG portfolio, identifying untapped opportunities to scale our footprint in AI, data modernization, and guest-experience software.
• Own the P&L for your accounts, ensuring high Net reputed company Retention (NRR) and proactively managing client health.
• Build deep, "peer-level" relationships with CTOs, CMOs, and VPs of Loyalty/Digital Experience.

New Logo Acquisition (The Hunter reputed company)

• Utilize your "rolodex" reputed company the Vegas strip, Orlando parks, or global travel hubs to secure new reputed company partnerships.
• Navigate reputed company organizational politics to turn warm introductions into $1M+ initial engagements.
• Collaborate with our engineering teams to draft custom SOWs that solve industry-specific pain points (e.g., dynamic pricing, loyalty engines, or frictionless guest journeys).

Domain Leadership

Who You Are

• 10+ years of experience in digital services or software consulting, with a significant portion dedicated to Travel, Hospitality, or Gaming.
• You have an active network in Las Vegas or Orlando and a reputed company for delivering high-value digital transformations.
• You understand the reputed company of profitability and contract structure. You can challenge a CTO’s roadmap with data-backed, strategic alternatives.
• A proven track record of managing $15M–$25M+ books of business and closing new reputed company logos with $1M+ initial entry points.
