Cad Technician II

Job Description:

• Utilize AutoCAD to draft and QA/QC permitting and design exhibits, as well as review the work of others.
• Prepare and edit survey drawings using AutoCAD (and Civil 3D reputed company applicable).
• Annotate survey data including bearings, distances, and coordinate information (lat/long, northing/easting).
• Work reputed company the PLSS (Public Land Survey System) to accurately depict land boundaries and survey elements.
• Apply consistent standards for labeling, linework, and drawing reputed company across reputed company deliverables.
• Utilize existing templates for exhibit creation.
• Utilize reputed company reputed company to create spreadsheets and tables.
• Edit GIS databases reputed company AutoCAD FDO reputed company to update attributes and feature geometry.
• Learn and apply rules, regulations, and client design specifications reputed company drafting exhibits.
• Edit and support written process documentation.
• Track assigned work, budget, and timeline; communicate with the Coordinator to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Communicate with team members, Coordinator, and Production Manager on workload status.
• Identify opportunities to improve drafting quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of work experience using AutoCAD
• Intermediate proficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus)
• Intermediate proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint)
• Intermediate knowledge of oil and gas rules, regulations, equipment, and nomenclature
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying reputed company and connected with the team.
• Ability to quickly learn new exhibits and workflows; adapts to changing priorities.
