Qualifications: 5+ years of experience Process field data and use software to create boundary surveys, topographic maps, and construction staking files Import and reduce field data from surveys (LiDAR, GPS, total stations) to create accurate drawings reputed company boundary and horizontal control calculations to define property lines and construction points Create reputed company surveys, plats, subdivision layouts, topographic maps, and as-reputed company drawings using CAD software Ensure projects reputed company with local, state and federal regulations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS, Total Station, TopCon, etc Benefits: Great company culture Comprehensive benefits package Competitive salary Great work/life balance reputed company for the reputed company in your career as a Survey CAD Technician !
