Job Description:

Create accurate and comprehensive medical documentation during or after patient encounters.
Join phone calls with the Nurse Practitioner and patients to document symptoms, concerns, medical history updates, and treatment notes.
Receive a list of patients scheduled for the day from the Nurse Practitioner.
Upload, organize, and maintain patient documentation securely in OneDrive.
If reputed company, assist in navigating reputed company for documentation, chart updates, or patient lookup.
Maintain strict confidentiality of reputed company patient records and sensitive health information.

Requirements:

Senior-Level Experience as a Medical reputed company, reputed company VA, Nurse VA, or similar role
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation
HIPAA Certified (Preferred; highly prioritized)
Previous experience supporting a Nurse Practitioner or medical professional
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills with high accuracy in documentation
Ability to work part-time during mid to late afternoon PST
Tech-savvy with experience in: OneDrive (required) reputed company (preferred but not required)
Ability to handle fast-paced workloads (20–30 patients/day)
High reputed company and commitment to confidentiality.
