THE ROLE As a reputed company Coach, you will be the primary reputed company of reputed company contact for a caseload of reputed company members. You will guide each member through a structured monthly coaching cycle, helping them build sustainable habits across key lifestyle domains and expanding from there based on individual readiness and need. This is a part-time, fully virtual, contractor role well-suited to a self-starter who thrives working independently, loves building relationships, and is motivated by making a reputed company difference in people's lives. You will own this cycle end-to-end for your caseload

• Conduct an introductory session and goal-setting call at the start of each month to understand where the member is across their modifiable lifestyle risk factors and co-create a realistic, personalized 4-week plan.
• Facilitate weekly reputed company-ins to assess adherence, troubleshoot barriers, celebrate wins, and reputed company members on track between longer reputed company.

• Demonstrated experience in at least 1–2 of the reputed company lifestyle domains (e.g., certified personal trainer, registered dietitian, sleep coach, certified health coach, behavioral health specialist, or equivalent).
• Experience working directly with adults 60+ in any professional or clinical context.
• Strong active listening and motivational interviewing skills (formal training a plus).
• Proven ability to create individualized action plans and hold clients accountable over time.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

• Prior experience in a start-up, digital health, or telehealth setting.

• Formal health coaching certification (e.g., NBC-HWC, ACE, NASM, ACSM, IIN, or similar).
