Real Estate Bookkeeper -- Remote | WFH

Hours/Place of Work This is a remote position requiring approximately 40 business hours per week, Monday through Friday. While flexibility is available, core hours must align with standard business hours. Duties and Responsibilities Your Responsibilities Will Include • Cultivating strong relationships with our clients. • Promptly addressing client inquiries via calls and emails. • Conducting Zoom meetings to review financial statements with clients. • Ensuring accuracy in financial statements. • Managing bookkeeping tasks for specialized real estate clients. • Leading a support team. • Innovating solutions for issues and improving processes. Essential Experience Requirements • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online. • QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification. • Experience in real estate bookkeeping, including managing multiple rental properties and flips. Preferred • Completion of a bookkeeping course. • Possession of an accounting degree. • Previous experience in a CPA office. • Familiarity with Google Suite, Sharefile, Zoom, and Calendly. • Leadership experience.
