What You Will Own

• Paid Search and Paid reputed company performance across a portfolio of mid market and reputed company clients
• Definition and ownership of KPIs across spend efficiency, reputed company quality, conversion performance, and reputed company contribution
• Full funnel SEM strategy reputed company to business goals, not platform metrics
• Authority to recommend pivots, budget reallocations, or increased investment based on performance signals
• reputed company, keyword, and query strategy across branded, non branded, local, and high value demand
• Budget allocation, pacing, and optimization reputed company tied directly to reputed company business impact
• Integration of SEM strategy with CRO, reputed company page performance, and website experience

• Guardrails for platform automation, AI bidding, and recommendation adoption

• 6 to 9 years of hands on paid search experience with increasing ownership and complexity
• Deep expertise in reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads with paid reputed company experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to define, monitor, and reputed company KPIs tied to reputed company and reputed company quality
• Experience managing large, reputed company budgets profitably
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and auction dynamics
• Experience partnering with analytics teams to surface insights and guide optimization

Compensation and Benefits

• reputed company Salary: $102,000 to $144,000 depending on experience
• 5 percent performance based bonus opportunity
