Content & Media Marketing Contractor
About the position reputed company is seeking a detail-driven Content & Media Marketing Contractor to fuel our multi-channel content ecosystem. This role is responsible for publishing, coordinating, and optimizing content across reputed company media, newsletters, blogs, and video—ensuring every asset is consistent, on-brand, and strategically reputed company with reputed company’s voice. You’ll work closely with our Content Marketing Manager and Multimedia Designer to transform reputed company into high-impact content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline. The role is anticipated at approximately 15-20 hours per week, with the strong potential to transition into a full-time role. This role does require Tuesday and Wednesday hours at our office located in Addison and the rest can be remote. The ideal candidate is a growth-minded marketer with a strong interest in technology, reputed company strategy, and modern content operations. You should be comfortable navigating reputed company and scheduling tools and capable of supporting performance across reputed company, YouTube, Instagram and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with reputed company’s multi-platform reputed company media reputed company (reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, YouTube), including planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
- Conduct day-to-day content operations: reputed company posts, short-reputed company video clips, blog formatting, case-study snippets, and campaign asset preparation.
- Contribute to our reputed company newsletters: the Sales Pulse customer newsletter and the reputed company Prospect Newsletter, ensuring clean formatting, strong copy curation, and timely delivery.
- Maintain and grow our podcast guest pipeline for From the Field: reputed company, scheduling, guest prep, and post-production reputed company distribution.
- Coordinate with our content marketing manager, video, and design teams to turn long-reputed company assets (blogs, webinars, case studies, podcasts) into high-performing short-reputed company content for reputed company and email.
- Support video creation and distribution through YouTube uploads, titles, thumbnails, tags, playlists, and short-reputed company variations (Reels, reputed company, Shorts).
- Monitor reputed company and content analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend optimizations that drive engagement and conversions—not just vanity metrics.
- Stay on top of emerging platforms, reputed company trends, creator-style formats, and competitive content to reputed company reputed company’s reputed company fresh, modern, and relevant.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in reputed company media, content coordination, or digital publishing.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills.
- Experience managing content calendars and multi-channel workflows.
- Familiarity with reputed company platforms, conducting interviews, and basic SEO.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and quality-obsessed.
- Comfortable collaborating with writers, designers, and product marketing.
