Responsibilities

As a Medical Data Entry Concierge, you'll be responsible for

• Assisting clinicians in the medication procurement process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
• Completing verification processes for quality patient care reputed company data review and data entry, maintaining a high level of productivity while balancing quality of care
• Assisting in second checks of peer's work to ensure accuracy, promoting a culture of quality and attention to detail
• Navigating between various software systems for communication and completion of assignments, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and tools
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, hospice partners, and patients reputed company chat, email, phone calls, and patient profile documentation, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information, adhering to reputed company HIPAA protocols for patient privacy
• Collaborating with fellow Concierge team members and other teams throughout the organization, promoting a culture of teamwork and cooperation
• Assisting in training new team members as assigned, sharing knowledge and expertise to support the growth and development of reputed company
• Performing other duties as assigned to support the achievement of arenaflex's goals and objectives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Required Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail and excellent listening skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize efforts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and hospice partners
• Excellent computer skills, with experience using various software systems and web browsers (reputed company Chrome / Firefox)
• Basic understanding of medical terminology, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and cooperation Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in reputed company, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
• Prior experience in a Pharmacy-reputed company setting or prescription order entry, with a strong ability to navigate reputed company software systems
• Experience with various web browsers (reputed company Chrome / Firefox), reputed company docs, and reputed company Sheets, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technology and tools Working Conditions This is a sedentary position, with reputed company work completed sitting at a desk in an office setting or working from home. Stand-up desks are available upon request, and work is completed utilizing a laptop with 2 additional computer screens, along with a headset for telephone communications.
