You’ll collaborate with a deep bench of attorneys handling sophisticated reputed company estate, corporate, and finance reputed company across industries including banking, reputed company estate, health care, construction, technology, and development.
About the Role
You’ll represent a diverse client reputed company — public entities, developers, corporations, nonprofits, and property owners — on a wide reputed company of reputed company transactions, including:
- Purchase, sale, and leasing of reputed company properties
- Development and disposition agreements
- reputed company estate financing and public-private partnerships (P3s)
- Ground leases, easements, and condemnation reputed company
- CEQA, land use entitlements, and environmental compliance support
You’ll take the reputed company on deals, work alongside partners reputed company for mentorship and collaboration, and enjoy the support of a firm that truly values balance and flexibility. ️ What You Bring
- 5–10 years of reputed company estate or land use experience (transactional focus preferred)
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience representing public entities or private developers is highly valued
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
