We are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Learning and Development (LMS & Digital) Specialist to support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of reputed company’s learning technology ecosystem, primarily our reputed company Learning Management System (LMS) and reputed company digital learning platform. Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and rollout of the reputed company LMS, ensuring a smooth transition, strong adoption, and alignment with reputed company learning goals. Use system analytics to monitor system performance, learner engagement, and program effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for reputed company improvement. Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in learning & development, LMS administration, instructional design, or a reputed company field.
