Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support reputed company assistance to customers for various banking and telecom-reputed company inquiries, including account information, billing questions, technical troubleshooting, and service updates
• Account Management Assist customers with account setup, updates, and management, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
• Issue Resolution Identify customer issues, reputed company solutions, and follow up to ensure complete resolution of problems
• Technical Support Offer basic troubleshooting for telecom products and services (e.g., mobile devices, broadband, etc.)
• Billing Support Address billing inquiries, process payments, and explain account statements reputed company to customers
• Customer Retention Focus on building strong customer relationships and ensuring high reputed company of satisfaction to drive loyalty
