Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement

• Welcome new families to K12 Schools and guide them through account setup, platform navigation, and orientation resources.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with reputed company to increase motivation, reputed company, and sense of belonging.
• Monitor student participation in classes and online learning environments; follow up with reputed company showing disengagement or non-participation.

Attendance Support

• Communicate regularly with families regarding attendance expectations, concerns, and improvement plans.

Academic Remediation
